Team KACF Rides Again: 6th Year Participating in Cycle for Survival
Cycle for Survival, which ranks as the fastest growing athletic fundraiser in the country, attracted 31,000 participants in 16 cities across the United States and internationally. Equinox Clubs, which hosts the rides propelled Cycle for Survival to reach an incredible $200 million! It takes a movement powered by a fierce and dedicated community to reach this astounding milestone.
The Kristen Ann Carr Fund’s unwavering commitment to help fund lifesaving rare cancer research has raised over $77,500 over the past 6 years. Thanks to Team KACF, and everyone who donated and rallied friends and family to make this happen! “It was a day filled with sadness for those we have lost, but also filled with inspirational stories and hope that one day we will find a cure for this awful disease”, said team captain Ilyse Gordon Lesser.
Every dollar donated to Cycle for Survival goes into the labs at Memorial Sloan Kettering. The donations go directly to pioneering research and clinical trials, and have already led to new and better treatments for cancer patients worldwide.
TEAM KACF is still accepting donations until April 1st.
